About
about me
Sayed Zafar Abbas has a BA in Politics and History as well as an MA in South Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He started his hawza studies in 2005 in London then moved to Najaf al-Ashraf for further hawza studies in 2010. Sayed has lectured all over the UK, the US, Canada as well as many cities in Mainland Europe, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Pakistan, UAE and Australia. In May 2018, Sayed was appointed the Resident Alim of IMI Hussainia Birmingham, one of the oldest and largest Shi’a centres in UK. He continues to teach and lecture worldwide.
